1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of inkdropco.com and any purchases made through our store. By visiting or shopping with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Products All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. We ship via standard shipping within the United States only — we do not currently offer international shipping. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after processing. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Ink Drop Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. If your shipment is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs.

5. Returns & Exchanges Because all Ink Drop Co. products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues — please refer to our size guide before ordering. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will make it right. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery by contacting support@inkdropco.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility are donated to charity after 30 days.

6. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, and content on inkdropco.com are the property of Ink Drop Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability Ink Drop Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
